a) P.N. Wahi Academy Oration and Cipla Award: Delivered by a member of the Academy in recognition of his/her contribution in the field of fundamental, investigative, epidemiological cytology or in the field of education and training of cyotogists. b) Earnest Fernandes Award given to a person who presents the diagnostic slide seminar. The person is selected on the basis of contribution towards development and dissemination of the state of art of cytology c) Nalini Bai Thakker Award is given to the best paper presentation in Cytopathology at the Annual conference by a medical doctor below the age of 35 years. d) Jwala Devi Award is given to the cytotechnician / cytotechnologists for the best paper presentation at the annual conference. e) Bhaskar Reddy Award given to the candidate standing first in the cytotechnicians examination conducted by the Academy. f) Sushil Malhotra Award given to the candidate standing first in the cytotechnologists examination conducted by the Academy. g) Satya Monga Award is given to the best published paper in the field of immunocytology. h) Shri Mehtaji Award is a guest lecture delivered by a speaker of eminence in the field of cytology in India or abroad. i) IAC fellowship is given to any medical graduate for
training in cytology in the recognized centres for a period of one month.
