Cytodiagnosis of Lingual Granular Cell Tumor
Abstract
The commonest site of granular cell tumor is tongue. FNAC should be the first line of investigation, which always complements the histopathological diagnosis and helps to avoid misdiagnosing this tumor as squamous cell carcinoma, especially when the biopsy is superficial.
