Adenoid cystic carcinoma of Bartholin’s gland in vulva is a very rare neoplasm. Adenoid cystic carcinoma is characterized by classical cytological appearances. We report here, a case of 80 year old female diagnosed by fine needle aspiration cytology as adenoid cystic carcinoma of Bartholin’s gland and confirmed by histopathology.
