Joshi N, Jindal A
Abstract
A 50 year old male presented with lump abdomen with symptoms of headache, sweating and palpitation. His blood pressure was raised. Ultrasonography of abdomen revealed a mass in the left adrenal gland. A guided fine needle aspiration was performed. H & E and MGG stained smears revealed cytomorphological features suggestive of pheochromocytoma. The tumour was removed and histopathology confirmed the diagnosis of pheochromocytoma.
