Abstract
Osteoclast-like giant cells are occasionally associated with breast carcinomas. Their presence is considered to be a useful clue to malignancy because they are often seen in carcinomas with low-grade cytology. Here we present a case of infiltrating breast carcinoma with obvious cytologic features of malignancy and associated multinucleated osteoclast-like giant cells.
